Runway — project tracking Yvios owns and runs
Our own workspace for planning, tracking and billing software projects — built because we needed it, then opened to a handful of teams.

- Running client projects across a board, a timer and a spreadsheet meant hours went unlogged and project health was only visible to whoever kept the sheet.

- A kanban board, a built-in timer for billable hours, and a company view showing project health per client.

- Live at customer-tracking.yvios.com. Yvios owns and operates it; access is by invitation.
- Result or validated learning
- Yvios runs its own client work on it daily. We publish no adoption or revenue figures because there is no independent measurement to quote.
Approach
We built it for ourselves first and kept it deliberately narrow: plan, track, ship. Anything that did not serve a real week of our own project work did not get built.
Runway is the one piece of software on this site that Yvios owns rather than delivered to a client. It exists because our own project tracking was scattered across a board, a timer and a spreadsheet. It is listed here so the work library stays complete, and marked as a Yvios product so it can never be mistaken for client work. Access is by invitation while it is still shaped around how we work.
